Step 1: Set configurations on Bulletin

Log into Bulletin and click the 'Settings' option. Then, under API Integration, select 'Facebook.' Click the blue 'Login' button at the top of the page to access your Facebook account.

Once you have completed the login, the name attached to your Facebook profile will appear. Click on the drop-down menu and select the Facebook page that you want to connect with Bulletin.

Then, click 'Save.' A share link will be created automatically.

Users' messages will show up in Facebook Messenger Inbox.

Step 2: Set configurations on Facebook

Open the Facebook page that you want to connect with Bulletin. Click on 'Settings' and then 'Messenger platform.'

From there, scroll down to the part of the page that says 'Subscribed Apps.' Set Bulletin as the primary receiver, and Page Inbox as the secondary receiver. That way, you can manage all of your chatbot's messages through Bulletin.

Congratulations! You can now publish interactive newsletters on Facebook Messenger.
